Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Typical delivery timeframes:
Canada: 3–10 business days after shipment
United States: 5–12 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Shipping Carriers
We ship using a variety of carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Volatile Strength is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
