We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Volatile Strength. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at volatilestrength@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Volatile Strength is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
